Processing: As a small business, I aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-7 working days. This may vary depending on order volume and filming schedules.

No Guarantees: Once dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier. We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates or timeframes.

Tracking: All orders are sent via a tracked service. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is scanned as "Delivered."

Rural (RD) Shipping: If you live at an RD address, the Rural option must be selected at checkout. Orders will be held until any unpaid surcharges are settled.

Accuracy: We ship to the exact address provided. We are not responsible for loss due to incorrect or incomplete details.
