Refund & Returns Policy
The Mystery Scoop Agreement At Bundles of Joy, the fun is in the surprise! By purchasing a Mystery Scoop or Bundle, you acknowledge that items are selected at random based on the beads scooped. While we do our best to include your favourite colours, we cannot guarantee specific items.
All Sales Are Final. Please choose carefully. In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Goods We take pride in every bundle — but if something arrives broken, faulty, or not as described, we'll put it right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if there's an issue.
To lodge a claim, email us at whanaualltheway@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the faulty item. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Order Cancellations: Because we often film and pack orders quickly for our packing videos, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been scooped on camera or processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not expect signatures on delivery - please ensure you have left a note of where the courier should leave the parcel if you don't want to have to pick it up.
